The Prophetic Vision of Voice of Christ

Mother Ina (Fa'avaina) Tilo shares a powerful vision she experienced, where she and her late husband, Rev. T.K. Tilo, came across a dry, lifeless pool filled with dead fish. As they worked to repair the cracks in the surrounding rocks, rain began to pour, filling the pool until it overflowed. Miraculously, the dead fish came back to life, joyfully swimming in the restored waters.

When she awoke, she felt the overwhelming presence of God and understood that this was a divine call. A call to reach souls of all races and backgrounds, not just Samoans. This vision was confirmed when their first church in San Francisco welcomed a diverse congregation of Samoans, White, Black, Filipino, and Mexican believers.

Mother Ina Tilo realized that only the anointing power of the Holy Spirit can bring true life and revival to the Church. This “Fountain of Living Water” continues to flow today, sustaining every church in their ministry. The work is not accomplished by human effort alone, but by the Spirit of God, as declared in Zechariah 4:6:

“Not by might, nor by power, but by My Spirit, saith the Lord.”
